Welcome! This is the place on OC's web site where techies and consultants interested in helping social change groups can make a contribution.

For starters, at the left you will see some links to content we have compiled over the last few years. Some of it, like the aggregator (From Other Sites) is updated on a daily basis. Other sections, like the list of web links, have longer shelf life and have been hand-picked by OC interns and staff.

If you are interested in a more personal approach, check out the Local Activities section for a list of groups in the Boston area that meet regularly to share skills and ideas. There is a monthly social organized by TechFoundation, users groups for Drupal and Plone users, dinners hosted by 'Technobabes', plus more that we don't know about.

This colllaborative (Drupal) web site allows you to add comments to most pages, so please create your account, and then you will be able to add comments.

And if you are looking to volunteer your time to help a nonprofit, be aware that OC is looking for volunteers to assist with maintaining our web sites and email lists, and we often refer volunteers and consultants to local organizations they might be able to work with!
